Corrections register

A site that sells "every figure with its source" also has to say when it gets one wrong. Here, dated, are the published figures that turned out to be wrong (what they said, what they say now and how the error was found) and, separately, what pre-publication verification caught in the dividend pages before they went live.

How corrections work

A correction changes the figure on the page, updates the review date and adds an entry here with the previous and the new value. The entry is not deleted even if the page changes later. If the error is in the source rather than in the reading (an issuer filing thousands for units, say), the page says so and the figure is not published until it can be cross-checked.

To report a figure that does not add up: contact. It is checked against the original document and, where warranted, corrected and logged.

Corrected after publication

The table above is the register that matters: figures that were actually visible. The one below is what pre-publication verification found in the first batch of dividend pages before it went live, published for the same reason: so it is visible what gets checked and what kind of error turns up.

Caught before publication (dividend pages, October 2026)

The 16 IBEX 35 dividend pages went live on 4 October 2026 with these figures already corrected. None of the rows below was ever visible on the site; they were found by reviewing every figure by hand and with an external check before publication. Of 54 figures checked one by one against primary sources, two were wrong in the last pass and were corrected before going live. The second batch (seven more pages, 14 October) went through the same review and its row is at the end.
