Your Indexa Capital holdings land in your Celsmar portfolio and update every night. Celsmar only reads them: it never sends orders or moves money.

In Indexa Capital: User settings → Applications → Generate token. It is a read-only token. All your accounts are read, pension plans included.
How to connect Indexa Capital, step by step
- Create the key at Indexa CapitalIn Indexa Capital: User settings → Applications → Generate token. It is a read-only token. All your accounts are read, pension plans included.
- Paste it into your portfolioIn Celsmar, open Portfolio, click Connect broker and pick the broker. We check the key works by reading your holdings before storing it.
- Review and importYou see every holding with its quantity and average price before importing it. From then on, whatever you buy or sell is recorded every night, and anything you entered by hand is left alone.
What Celsmar reads from Indexa Capital
Your funds, with their units and cost. If the broker does not give the average price of a holding, we ask you for it before importing instead of making it up.
Security
The key is stored encrypted with AES-256 on servers in the European Union and never goes back to your browser. Disconnect whenever you like and it is deleted. Where Indexa Capital lets us see the permissions, we check that the key cannot trade or withdraw and, if it can, we reject it.
Frequently asked questions
Can Celsmar trade in my Indexa Capital account?
No. Celsmar only reads your holdings with a read-only key and never sends orders or moves money. If Indexa Capital shows the key's permissions and it can trade or withdraw, we reject it.
How often does my Indexa Capital portfolio update?
Every night, automatically, and whenever you press Sync in the portfolio (at most once a minute). Whatever you buy or sell at the broker is recorded on its own.
How much does connecting Indexa Capital cost?
Connecting brokers is part of the Pro plan, with up to five brokers at a time; on Enterprise, as many as you like. On Free you can see the brokers and how they connect.
What if I would rather not create a key at Indexa Capital?
You can import a Indexa Capital statement as CSV or Excel, or a screenshot of your holdings, and review them before they go into the portfolio.
